Unique solutions using composite robots

Rather than a single robot, we design and operate solutions that utilize multiple robots such as RGV (four-way shuttle), AGV (automated guided vehicle), ARM (robo-arm), and AGF (unmanned forklift). In 2021, Chinoh.Ai completed and implemented its own solution that combines RGV (four-way shuttle) and AGV for the first time to realize storage and picking at the same time. After that, in 2023, we realized three combinations of RGV, AGV, and ARM (robo-arm) and RGV and AGF (unmanned forklift), and we are currently developing and constructing further unique solutions that combine four types of robotics: RGV, AGV, AGF, and ARM, ahead of the industry.

Chinoh.Ai's strength is that it uses advanced knowledge to solve problems such as "It can't be done in Japan alone" and "It can't be used in China as it is." We bring together different technology vendors across borders, and we bring billion-yen projects to a stable operation that would not be possible with only what is in Japan. We have an R&D base in Shanghai, and we provide one-stop services such as design and custom development of both hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting after installation, regular inspections, and maintenance.
